I want to make something happen. I always try to be fair in my dealing. I understand FN is no longer going to import the Hi Power; take that for what it’s worth in the effect on values.
Well I think I lost it. I offered to buy a colt 1911 part sight unseen the other day. The price seemed right so what the hell. Well the gentleman showed up with it and I bought it. I have to say I’m not a fan of nickle plating but it’s growing on me.
I can’t figure out the barrel set up. The barrel sticks out the front a half inch? It looks like a bull barrel with no p85 ruger. The guide rod is a full length one in blued.

Does changing the hammer on this revolver require Ruger sp101? I’d like to change out the factory spur hammer for a spurless one. Can that be done at home or is it a trip to the gunsmith?

I bought this revolver new and have never fired it. It has been loaded only with A-Zoom ruger p 90 -Caps (not included) and has only been dry-fired with those in place. It is blued with the color-case-hardened frame and wooden grips (Ruger Item # 00546). It is NIB with all papers and a cable lock. This is the old-style Ruger Vaquero that is no longer made and it is in absolutely NIB condition.

FFL details: I retired my FFL years ago, so be sure that your FFL-holder is willing to accept shipment of this firearm from a non-licensed individual. I will not ship the firearm until I receive both (1) payment in full and (2) a copy of the FFL for the dealer to whom I am shipping. The Picatinny rail equipped receiver is made of high strength carbon steel with a durable wear-resistant Nitron X rifle finish. The trigger housing is made from a heat treated aircraft grade aluminum alloy with a hard-coat anodized finish designed to survive extreme conditions. The rifle comes equipped with a smooth two-stage trigger. The SIG 556 also features an ambidextrous safety and is designed to accept standard AR magazines. A 30-round magazine is supplied with each rifle. Spare battery compartments are provided in the ergonomically designed pistol grip as well as the rubber padded watertight adjustable butt stock. The butt stock also offers sling attachment points. In addition to the standard model SIG 556 which will begin to ship in late Fall of 2006, SIGARMS will also offer the SIG 556 SWAT. The SWAT model will feature the same compact design of the standard SIG 556 with 16 barrel but will feature a flat top Picatinny railed receiver and a tactical quad rail. These two rifles are the first of several new SIG 556 models that are currently in development at SIGARMS. The wait is over.
